One of the hottest power hitters of the 2000’s, Adrian Beltre retired in 2018 owning one of the highest Wins Above Replacement marks in baseball history. He’s just the fourth third baseman in history to reach both the 400 Career Home Run and 1,500 Career RBI Club and his fielding earned him four Gold Glove Awards. This bat was used by Beltre during the 2016 season during which he belted 32 home runs, had 104 RBI and batted an even .300 at the age of 37. More specifically, this bat was used by Beltre during the July 18, 2016 game against the Angels in Anaheim. MLB has authenticated this bat as having been broken during the top of the 8th when Beltre grounded out against JC Ramirez, but the Texas slugger may have also used this bat in the 1st inning when he clubbed a solo home run off Nick Tropeano.

The Marucci AB29 Custom Cut-LDM model bat has a broken barrel and shows good game use. The barrel shows several ball marks and abrasions along with cleat imprints. There is a team sticker with Beltre’s number “29” affixed to the knob and both ends show scuffing from contact with the ground. Beltre has signed the bat in contrasting silver marker adding “Game Use.” A superb late-career Beltre gamer with possible home run attribution. The bat comes with an MLB Authenticated hologram (JB822882) for the game use and LOA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication for the signature.
