Former Kansas City Royals first baseman Eric Hosmer wore this white home jersey during the Royals 11-3 loss to the St. Louis Cardinals on August 7th, 2017. Hosmer hit the 120th home run of his career in this game, taking Cardinals starter Carlos Martinez deep in the fourth inning. Hosmer, who joined the San Diego Padres before the 2018 season, tied his career-high with 25 home runs and set a new personal best with a .318 batting average. Hosmer added 94 RBI and picked up both a Gold Glove and Silver Slugger.
This button-down white home jersey has “Royals” and Hosmer’s number “35” sewn on the chest in blue tackle twill. “HOSMER” and a second “35” are sewn on the back of the jersey in blue tackle twill below a ChromaFlex MLB logo. The sleeves are accented with blue piping, and the sides and back tail of this FlexBase jersey are made with a white mesh fabric. A Royals logo patch and a blue Majestic logo are sewn on the left sleeve. This jersey comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (JC 368262) and a LOA from MEARS, who have assigned the jersey a perfect grade of A10.
