Before New York Mets 2019 National League Rookie of the Year phenom Pete Alonso was setting the all-time rookie home run record with 53, he made his way up the Mets system starting in 2016 following his 2nd round selection out of the University of Florida. During the 2017 season, Alonso split his time with high Single A St. Lucie before being promoted to AA Binghamton of the Eastern League. Alonso played in 82 games for St. Lucie, showing flashes of his home run power, connecting on 16 dingers.

Offered here is the size 48 jersey Alonso wore for “Star Wars” night (May 6, 2017) that is a Wilson “Pro-Fusion” button-down fully photo-sublimated jersey. “Mets” is scripted on the front in a mottled-light blue outlined with white and royal blue over the Hoth battle scene from The Empire Strikes Back.
