Philadelphia Phillies slugger Rhys Hoskins wore this red Phillies batting helmet as he made his Major League debut on August 10th, 2017 against the New York Mets. Hoskins hit seventh and started in left field for the Phillies, finishing the game 0-2 with a walk in Philadelphia’s 10-0 loss to their National League East Division rivals. Hoskins had an excellent rookie season, playing in 50 games and hitting .259 with 18 homers and 48 RBI. Despite his brief rookie season, Hoskins finished fourth in the National League Rookie of the Year race. This offered batting helmet is red, with the Phillies “P” logo on the front of the helmet. The flap is located over the left ear. The helmet is accompanied by an MLB Authenticated hologram (JC234410).
