Graded GEM MINT 9.5 by BGS, with signature graded “10” by Beckett. This unique and artistic Panini Impeccable “Canvas Creations” card pays tribute to the inimitable Kobe Bryant. A portrait of “The Black Mamba” from the early days of his career occupies the front of this clean card, with Bryant portrayed in his gold number “8” Lakers home jersey.
The 18-time All-Star has signed the front of this stunning card in blazing blue ink. This is one of the last cards Bryant signed before his tragic death in 2020. The Los Angeles Lakers legend will be posthumously inducted into the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame on May 15.
The card’s BGS condition report: Centering: 9.5, Corners: 9.5, Edges: 9, Surface: 9.5. A statement on the card’s back by Panini attests to the authenticity of the signature, and serves as the item’s COA. The limited-edition piece is serial-numbered “1/1.” Gem Mint condition.
