Offered in this lot is a developmental sample pair of Adidas “The Kobe” sneakers manufactured on June 26th, 2000. “The Kobe” design was based on the Audi TT sports car, marrying the precision of German engineering with the “Mamba Mentality” espoused by the Los Angeles Lakers Hall of Famer. Bryant wore The Kobe during the 2000 NBA Playoffs, as the Lakers defeated the Indiana Pacers in a six-game NBA Finals. This lot contains two Adidas The Kobe silver-colored developmental sneakers. These historic size 13.5 kicks feature an Adidas factory tag detailing the date of manufacture.
