The Sultan of Swat, Babe Ruth has signed and inscribed the back of the postcard that sits at the center of this impressive shadowbox display. Signed “Sincerely, Babe Ruth”, the postcard from Murchio’s Spanish Gardens is perfectly framed between two 8 x 10 inch photographs of Ruth, and set just above a short Ruth bio.
This four-piece visual has been recessed into a blue stadium-shaped display, with “Babe Ruth” arcing across the top in gray lettering, and the Yankee Stadium upper deck curtains set across the bottom. The Yankees interlocking “NY” logos appear in the upper left and right corners of the shadowbox, with “New York Yankees” written across the bottom edge of the display. The full dimensions of the piece measure 32 x 44 x 4 inches and this signed postcard is accompanied by a full LOA from JSA (B25072).
