     No NBA team has won as many Larry O’Brien Trophies as the Boston Celtics. With 17 victories in their 21 Finals appearances, the Celtics are the most successful team in NBA history. These two basketballs were signed by two men who won the Bill Russell NBA Finals MVP Award for the Celtics. The first ball is signed by Larry Bird, the Hall of Fame forward for the Celtics. Bird was a three-time regular season MVP who won the Finals MVP Award in 1984 and 1986. He signed this ball in black Sharpie and this item comes with a JSA COA (M62331).

     The second ball is signed by Cedric “Cornbread” Maxwell, Maxwell played eight seasons in Boston, winning two Finals with the C’s. In his first Finals appearance, Maxwell was awarded the Finals MVP after averaging 17.7 points and 9.5 rebounds per game against the Houston Rockets. He signed this ball in black Sharpie. This item comes with a JSA COA (M62320).
