Presented here are items that were personally owned by Scott Pudsky, a.k.a Daisy Berkowitz of the industrial metal band Marilyn Manson. The first item is a black Fender bass guitar personally owned and used by Scott Putesky. Berkowitz performed on Manson’s first studio album, Portrait of an American Family, before leaving the band after recording several songs on their sophomore effort, the critically adored Antichrist Superstar. During his abbreviated time in Marilyn Manson, Berkowitz was the creative force behind many of their most acclaimed songs, writing music for the classic tracks “Dope Hat” and “Lunchbox”, as well as handling the guitar on Manson’s seminal cover of The Eurythmics “Sweet Dreams (Are Made of These)”.

This black Fender bass guitar has a tan wooden head and four strings. The pickguard is made of green, blue, yellow, and red Lego pieces, creating a unique look for this legendary bass guitar. Three black dials are present on the pickguard. This bass guitar comes in a black Fender carrying case with “New Orleans / Proud to Crawl Home” and “Don’t Drink and Drive / Florida Association of State Troopers” stickers applied to the case.

The next item is a red hooded sweatshirt owned and worn by Daisy Berkowitz. The hoodie is a zip up, with Gildan and size “L” flags attached to the back inside collar. Two pockets are present on the front of this hoodie.

The next item is is a red tartan Scottish kilt worn and owned by Daisy Berkowitz. This kilt was manufactured by Houston Traditional Kiltmakers, a company founded in 1909. A Houston tag is present on the back inside area of this traditional garment. Three black straps are present on the front of this kilt.

The final items are original sheet music and guitar chords for three early Marilyn Manson songs: “Thrift”, “Lunchbox”, and “Luci in the Sky with Demons”. “Thrift” is the earliest of the three compositions, appearing on the Marilyn Manson & The Spooky Kids 1992 cassette Live as Hell. “Lunchbox” also appears on this cassette, although the song also appeared on Marilyn Manson’s debut studio album, Portrait of an American Family, in 1994. “Luci in the Sky with Demons” appears on the Marilyn Manson cassette The Family Jams. The sheet music for “Luci” is written in gray pencil, with the notes “Robusto y Mesto y Trippio” written on the header.

The remaining two items in this lot are guitar chords for “Thrift” and “Lunchbox”. The chords for “Thrift” are written in blue pen and gray pencil. The guitar chords for “Lunchbox”, which appeared on Manson’s debut album, are also written in gray pencil. “Lunchbox” was co-produced by Trent Reznor, the front man of Nine Inch Nails. These songs were all composed by the guitarist of Marilyn Manson, Daisy Berkowitz (born Scott Putesky). Berkowitz was a founding member of Marilyn Manson, and he remained with the band until midway through the recording process of their second studio album, Antichrist Superstar. The items in this lot are accompanied by a LOA from the family of Scott Putesky.
