Offered is a Derek Jeter signature on a limited edition giclee on paper print of an original oil painting by artist Danny Day. The Hall of Fame New York Yankees shortstop has signed his name in silver marker on the center left of the 24 x 34-inch print which depicts three vignettes of Jeter in action, including the dominant image of him at bat in his Yankees pinstripes, in mid-air getting ready to throw from shortstop, and a head and shoulder portrait in the upper right. The artist has signed his name in silver marker in the lower right corner of the print. The print also features a gray graphite pencil remarque in the lower center of Jeter’s face in profile based on the image of him throwing from short in the painting. The print is inscribed “17/30 Remarque” in silver marker in the lower left corner. The print is mounted in a 30 x 45-inch gray matte and displayed in a 32 x 47½-inch blue wood and glass frame. The frame has small chips missing in the upper left corner and lower right corner, and small white spots on the upper left, lower left and lower right.
