Featured is a collection of four MLB World Series tickets from 1960 – 1971. The first ticket is a ticket stub from Game 3 of the 1960 World Series. This series matched the Pittsburgh Pirates against the New York Yankees. In a highly competitive back and forth World Series, the Pittsburgh Pirates defeated the Yankees in seven games on Bill Mazeroski’s walk-off home run. Game 3 took place on October 8, 1960 at Yankee Stadium. The Yankees defeated the Pirates 10 – 0. This ticket has been encapsulated by PSA/DNA (27082809) and graded a VG 3.

The second ticket is a stub from that historic Game 7 1960 World Series. This game was most memorable for the bottom of the ninth inning home run by Bill Mazeroski that ended the series. It is the one and only time where a Game 7 World Series would end with a walk-off-home-run. This ticket has been encapsulated by PSA/DNA (2708208) and graded VG-EX 4.

The third ticket is a 1966 World Series full ticket from Game 4. This series matched the Baltimore Orioles against the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Orioles would sweep this World Series to capture their very first championship! This ticket has been encapsulated by PSA/DNA (27082810) and has been graded VG 3.

The last ticket is a full ticket to Game 3 of the 1971 World Series. This series matched the Pittsburgh Pirates against the Baltimore Orioles. Game 3 took place on October 12, 1971 at Three Rivers Stadium in Pittsburgh. The Pirates would win this game 5 -1 and would win the series in seven games. This would be Roberto Clemente’s last World Series appearance and was the MVP of the series. This ticket has been encapsulated by PSA/DNA (27082812) and has been graded GOOD 2. Each ticket also comes with an individual LOA from Dick Schofield.
