Offered in this lot is an S.S.C. Napoli full uniform including four items signed by Diego Maradona. The diminutive Argentine midfielder is the greatest legend of the Campanian club, leading gli azzurri to the first two Serie A titles in team history. Maradona joined Napoli in 1984, playing seven years with the club and scoring 81 goals. The jersey offered in this lot is sky-blue, with “Buitoni” applied to the chest in white. A Napoli badge and a “NR” logo are applied to the chest, while Maradona’s number “10” is applied to the back of the jersey in white. Maradona has signed the chest in black marker.
The second signed item in this lot is a pair of sky-blue Napoli shorts. An “NR” logo is sewn on the right leg, while Maradona has signed the left leg in black marker. The third item in this lot is a pair of navy and sky-blue socks. The “NR” logo is applied to both socks in white. Maradona has signed one of the two socks in black marker. The final item in this lot is a pair of black Puma 1986 FIFA World Cup Mexico cleats. Maradona has signed the left cleat in gold marker.
