Dizzy Dean was a member of the St. Louis Cardinals famous “Gashouse Gang,” the 1934 team that won the World Series. In that season, Dean became the final National League player to win 30 games in a season, finishing with a 30-7 record and a 2.66 ERA. Dean only played six full seasons in the Majors, but even his abbreviated career was good enough to warrant induction into the Hall of Fame.

This Spalding Official National League Warren Giles baseball features Dean’s signature to the left of the sweet spot. He signed his name in blue/green ballpoint pen. This item comes with a LOA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication and comes with a JSA Auction Letter.
