Presented here is a 16 x 20 inch photograph of Don Larsen and Yogi Berra embracing after Larsen threw the first ever World Series perfect game against the Brooklyn Dodgers in Game 5 of the 1956 Fall Classic. Larsen inscribes on this photograph “When it was over I was so happy I felt like crying. I wanted to win this one for Casey. After what I did in Brooklyn he could have forgotten about me and who would blame him? But he gave me another chance and I’m grateful WS PG 10-8-56” in silver marker. Beneath the inscription Larsen signed his name in the same silver marker. This black and white photograph comes with a COA from Steiner Sports and a Fanatics Authenticated hologram (0542540).
