Bearing instructions in both German and English, this fascinating piece of World War II memorabilia features two stamped Dwight Eisenhower signatures. Issued in 1945, the back of this 5 x 8 inch leaflet features a list of the six fundamental rights of prisoners of war. This item comes with a LOA from University Archives.
