Offered here is a Cooperstown Bat Co. bat commemorating the 20th anniversary of Hank Aaron’s 715th career home run on April 8th, 1974. This home run put Hammerin’ Hank in sole possession of first place on the all-time home run leaderboards, solidifying his legacy as arguably the greatest power hitter in baseball history. This bat is a limited edition 611 of 714, noted on the barrel with the date of Aaron’s 611th home run (June 13, 1971), the location (Houston), and the pitcher ([Don] Wilson). Aaron has signed this bat in blue marker, inscribing “4/8/74” below his signature. This bat comes with a LOA from JSA (Z65973).
