Brooklyn Dodger Jackie Robinson, in 1947 broke Major League Baseball’s color barrier, becoming the first professional athlete to join a professional ball club. His number “42” is the only number in MLB history to be retired by every team in the league. This 5.5” x 8.5” program highlights Robinson’s appearance on the front cover along with musician Tiny Bradshaw and his band, the Butterbeans and Susie and also, the 3 Hall Sisters.
