Presented here is a limited-edition print collection that reproduces the original handwritten lyrics to John Lennon's most personal masterpieces. Songs include “Day Tripper”, “In My Life”, “Nowhere Man”, “Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds”, “Dear Prudence”, “I’m So Tired”, “Julia”, “Revolution”, “The Continuing Story of Bungalo Bill” and “Yer Blues”. Lennon once referred to the song “In My Life”, this tender 1965 ballad, as his "first real major piece of work" as it was the first time he penned lyrics that were directly about his own personal life. This collection of lyrics were published in 1995 by Bag On Arts in conjunction with the Estate of John Lennon and Yoko Ono Lennon. Each sheet measures 9 x 12 ½ inches and is enclosed in a black cardboard binder that has “JOHN LENNON The Beatles Years” printed in gold on the front. The collection suite was limited to 1,000 when printed in 1995 and this collection is number 114. A great collection of lyrics from John Lennon.
