This Riddell mini-helmet sports the unmistakable turned-up horseshoe of the Baltimore Colts franchise that Johnny Unitas led to victory in both the 1958 NFL Championship Game and in Super Bowl V. Unitas signed and inscribed this helmet with bold blue Sharpie between the right-side horseshoe and center blue stripe. This is a pristine memento of Unitas’ Hall-of-Fame career. The helmet comes with a COA from Triumph Sports Memorabilia and Promotions, Inc. PSA Pre-certified.
