Los Angeles Laker and 2021 Basketball Hall of Fame inductee Kobe Bryant finished his storied career on a high note by scoring 60 points, including the game-winning shot with 31.6 seconds remaining, to defeat the Utah Jazz 101-96 on April 13, 2016, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The thrilling win capped off a career that saw Bryant earn five NBA titles, 18 All-Star selections, the 2008 NBA MVP Award, and two scoring titles over a 20-year career with the Lakers.

Presented here are a pair of Nike Zoom Kobe XI- Fade to Black sneakers signed by the future Hall of Famer. The sneakers were Nike’s final release of the “Fade to Black” collection that released all new colorways for all of Bryant’s signature sneakers.  The presented size 14 low-top sneakers are the same model worn by Bryant during his last game and feature a black and gold colorway, with the iconic Nike “Swoosh” appearing in gold on the instep and outstep of the sneakers. Kobe’s “Black Mamba” logo appears on the tongue of each sneaker and on a leather tag attached to the lace hole of the right sneaker. Four gold bars adorn the heel of the left sneaker and “4.13.16” in gold appears along the length of the heel on the right sneaker. Bryant signed the toe box of the left sneaker with a silver metallic paint pen. The sneakers are in pristine condition and come in the original 15 x 10 gray snakeskin-patterned box that features Bryant’s signature in gold and a gold “Black Mamba” logo on the top of the box. The signed Kobe XI “Fade to Black” sneakers come with a COA from Panini (PA56689).
