Presented here is a Nike shirt worn by Rafael Nadal when he defeated his rival Novak Djokovic 6-4, 5-7, 6-4,6-2 for his first US Open title at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in New York City on September 13, 2010. The victory completed Nadal’s career Grand Slam. The title was his sixth on the year and the 42nd of his career and the ninth slam of his career. The presented Nike shirt is black with gray mesh accents and features a neon green Nike “Swoosh” logo on the left chest. A green swatch of cloth extends downward from the collar. A gray Nike “Swoosh” logo is located on the inside collar. The shirt displays moderate game use containing a large white stain on the chest, puckering and faint stains on the sleeves, and minor white sweat stains on the back collar and rear shoulders.The Nike shirt worn by Rafael Nadal when he won his first US Open championship, and third Grand Slam comes with an LOA from MEARS (318043) for the game use.
