It was his last Opening Day of his 19 year career, home in front of New York Yankee home town fans when Mariano Rivera wore this home, navy blue pinstripe jersey. It features the interlocking “NY” on the left breast, with the Newtown patch above, honoring the victims of the tragic Sandy Hook school shooting. The Majestic Authentic tag is on the lower front tail; with attached “2012” year and size “46” flag tags. Below the NY is boldly signed blue sharpie “Mariano Rivera Game Used 13 My Final Opening Day” signature and inscription. The reverse has Rivera’s number “42” and there is light evidence of game worn status. The jersey comes with MLB Authentic sticker (EK423616), and two LOAs from Steiner for the signature and inscription.
