Graded MINT 9 by PSA. Rookie Card. Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert appears on this clean Panini Chronicles Prizm Black debut-year collectible. The former Oregon gunslinger set a new NFL rookie record with 31 touchdown passes in 2020. Herbert took home the NFL AP Offensive Rookie of the Year award in a landslide following his record-setting debut campaign. Herbert’s blazing blue ink signature appears on the card’s front. A statement on the card’s back by Panini attests to the authenticity of the signature, and serves as the item’s COA. The limited-edition piece is serial-numbered “03/10.” Mint condition.
