A clean photograph of James in a throwback Cleveland Cavaliers uniform and protective face mask is located north of the patches. The card’s BGS condition report: Centering: 9, Corners: 8.5, Edges: 9, Surface: 9.5. A statement on the card’s back by Upper Deck attests to the authenticity of the memorabilia components, and serves as the item’s COA.
