Louisville Slugger "S2" signature model bat employed by the "Man of Steal" during the 1980-1983 labeling period—an era that spanned the first four full years of Henderson's career and saw him establish the all-time single-season thefts record (130 in 1982). 34.5" long and weighs 32.1 oz. As stated on the LOA "...shows evidence of outstanding use with crack on the back handle. Many ball marks and ball stitch impressions are visible on the right, left and back barrel. Also visible on the bat are cleat marks and black shoe polish. The handle has been taped approximately 11 inches in a spiral patten to enhance grip and there is a moderate coat of pine tar on the handle above the tape. Henderson's number (35) is on the knob in black marker. PSA/DNA full LOA. Graded PSA/DNA GU 8.
