Offered here is a sealed and graded copy of “God of War” developed by Santa Monica Studio and published by Sony for their PlayStation 2 home console. The action-adventure game was released in North America to critical and commercial acclaim on March 22, 2005. The game is loosely based on Greek mythology and is set in ancient Greece and features Kratos, a Spartan warrior who Ares tricked into killing his family. Tasked with killing the “God of War” by Athena, Kratos embarks on a journey to find the one thing that can stop a god: Pandora’s Box. Known for its immersive combat and stellar graphics, “God of War,” sold 4.6 million copies worldwide and launched the “God of War” franchise. This presented copy features a “Made/Printed in USA” label and an “M” rating label from the ESRB on the box. Graded 9.8 with the near-perfect seal rating of A+, this game is a sterling specimen.
