Graded PR 1 by SGC. Hall of Famer. "Polar Bear" back. An undeniably well-handled tobacco card, this once-glamorous depiction of the great Cobb began its life within an inhospitable realm: the inside of a pouch containing scrap tobacco. This specimen escaped the product staining that's considered routine from those origins, but instead fell prey, apparently, to an excess of admiring schoolyard handling. (Oh, what stories these cards could tell!) Nevertheless, this collectible retains the innate power of Cobb's likeness, as well as "a certain charm." Poor condition.
