Encapsulated and graded 9.4 with a “First-Party V-Seam” seal rating of A+ by WATA Games. Donkey Kong was an already known gorilla among video game players in 1994. Still, this Super Nintendo reboot of Donkey Kong was a breath of fresh air when released in North America on November 21, 1994.
Donkey Kong Country was one of the best-selling Super Nintendo games of all time, selling 9.3 million copies (third SNES all-time) and helped keep the SNES popular when next-gen gaming consoles such as the Sony PlayStation and Sega Saturn were released. The side-scrolling game was known for its 3D-rendered graphics and a fantastic soundtrack. It also marks the debut of Diddy Kong, who would appear alongside Donkey Kong on the cover and would also appear in sequels and other Nintendo properties. This presented copy features a "Made in Japan" label and a "K-A" rating label from the ESRB on this "3 Line Warranty" USA-1 Code box. This copy is a first production copy. A high grade with an excellent seal rating from one of Nintendo's most popular offerings.
