The sides are black with two diagonal white stripes on the upper portion, while the back has “BOSH” sewn on in white tackle twill and the number “4” sewn on in white and black tackle twill. The Raptor claw patch is sewn on above Bosh’s name on the back and a white Nike tag on the inside has “2003-04”. This jersey displays light to moderate game use and Bosh has signed his name in black marker on the back to the left of his number and inscribed “4”.
