Presented here is a 2000 New England Patriots home jersey that was issued to former running back Tony Carter and comes directly from the Patriots . This style jersey was first used in the 2000 season and is a darker blue compared to the royal blue used in previous seasons. This size 48 Adidas mesh jersey is dark blue with Carter’s number “30” sewn on the front, back and shoulders in white, silver and red tackle twill. The sleeves and shoulders are separated by a silver stripe and the Patriots’ Flying Elvis logo is sewn on the sleeves in dark blue, silver, white and red tackle twill. The NFL shield patch is sewn at the base of the V-neck collar and the “Patriots” wordmark patch is sewn on the chest above the number. The back has “T. CARTER” sewn on in white tackle twill on a matching dark blue nameplate and the Adidas tag is sewn on the front left tail with “48” and “00” flags indicating the size and year.
