This presented pair of hand-painted size 9 ½ Asics sneakers worn by legendary DJ and producer Steve Aoki are almost as colorful and vibrant as the music made by the DJ, who is known for his collaborations with will.i.am, Afrojack, LMFAO and others. Aoki wore these eye-catching sneakers when he participated in the MLB’s 2021 Celebrity All-Star Game held at Coors Field in Denver on July 11, 2021. The sneakers feature vivid day-glo paint in a dizzying array of psychedelic patterns. “FUTURE” is painted in white on the outstep of the left sneaker. “EON FUTURE” is painted on the outside mudguard on the right sneaker. Aoki painted “AOKI 1 OF 1” on the instep mudguard on the left sneaker. The signature and inscription, which were hand-painted in white, pink, and purple, are large and the sneakers contain wear on the back heel, the toe boxes, and toe guards. The item comes with an LOA from Aoki for the signature.
