Fine looking salesman sample ring created for the Philadelphia Flyers Stanley Cup championship in 1974. From the beginning of their existence, the Flyers were always in the playoffs, and these yearly punched tickets finally culminated in two straight Stanley Cup wins, the first in 1974. This Balfour 10K gold ring represents their first Stanley cup title. The face has the Flyers emblem with a large CZ faux diamond in the middle, set upon a black stone with “STANLEY CUP CHAMPIONS” in raised relief on the perimeter. The one shank has the name “CLARKE” with “WEST DIV CHAMPIONS”, an image of the Western Division trophy emblazoned with their record “50-16-12” and Clarke’s number “16” below. The other shank has “PHILADELPHIA FLYERS” with the Stanley Cup trophy, NHL insignia and the year “1974.” This size 12 ring weighs 34.4 grams, has “BALFOUR 10K” and the Balfour serial number engraved within the band.
