Four-time All-Star and 2010 NL MVP Joey Votto wore this blood-stained MLB Authentic (#EK329492) white, button-down home jersey in Game Two of the 2012 NLDS in the Cincinnati Reds 2-1 loss to the San Francisco Giants on October 9, 2012. Votto went 0-2 with 2 walks in the game but appears to have played hard in this jersey which contains what appears to be a thick blood stain along the button line. Votto signed the jersey on the one on his red, white and black, triple tackle twill number 19 with a “’12 Playoff GU” inscription. Votto’s name is stitched across the back above his number in the same fashion and his number 19 is also on the right front breast opposite a Cincinnati Reds logo C with Reds inset on the left. A patch of the Reds ball-headed mascot is on the left sleeve above a majestic logo and red piping runs around the collar and alongside the buttons. A MLB Authentic/Majestic manufacturers label is with a size “52” flag tag and a “Property of Cincinnati Reds” tag affixed at the left front tail. Jersey shows good game use with dirt and pine tar stains on the front. MLB authenticated
