Encapsulated and graded 9.4 with “Off-White Pages” by CGC. Offered here is a copy of “Flash” #117, published by DC Comics in December of 1960. The story, written by John Broome and Gardner Fox, features the first appearance and origin of Captain Boomerang and is the only Silver Age appearance of Winky, Blinky, and Noddy. Carmine Infantino and Joe Giella did the inside illustrations and gorgeous cover. According to CGC’s census report, only two copies of this issue have achieved a higher grade, making this offered comic with a grade of 9.4 all the more desirable to collectors.
