Encapsulated and graded 8.0 with off-white to white pages by the Certified Guaranty Company (CGC), this 1972 copy of Marvel Spotlight issue #5 is notable as the first appearance of Ghost Rider. This first incarnation of the supernatural Ghost Rider is sometimes known as stunt motorcyclist Johnny Blaze when he is not consumed by hellfire. This issue is also the first appearance of Roxanne Simpson, the childhood sweetheart of Johnny Blaze. With an iconic Mike Ploog cover and Roy Thomas story, this copy has received an exemplary grade.
