Graded MINT 9 by PSA. Rookie Card. Joe Burrow has signed this scarce Panini Contenders Autograph Clear "Rookie Ticket" collectible in vibrant blue ink. A statement on the card's back by Panini attests to the authenticity of the signature, and serves as the item's COA. The limited-edition piece is serial-numbered "01/10." Of the two examples of this card currently in the PSA population report, this is the only card graded at its tier, with none graded higher! Mint condition.
