Presented here are seven single-signed baseballs from former New York Yankees’ greats Mariano Rivera and Masahiro Tanaka. Rivera is the all-time leader in saves and was the first, and to-date, only player to be unanimously selected into the National Baseball Hall of Fame. Tanaka, who pitched for the Yankees from 2014 to 2020 before returning to his native Japan, was a two-time MLB All-Star and a standout in Japan’s professional leagues. All of the baseballs are Official Major League Allan H. Selig stamped orbs and Rivera and Tanaka have signed their names on the sweet spots in blue pen. There are five baseballs signed by Rivera and two signed by Tanaka, who added below his name “19”. This lot has been pre-certified by Beckett Authentication.
