What makes this offered Louisville Slugger P72 model bat unique is that it was issued to Hall of Fame closer Mariano Rivera during the height of his dominance. Rivera, the first ever Hall of Fame inductee to receive 100% of the vote, was issued this bat during the 1999 and 2000 seasons, only a couple of years after inter league play began in 1997 where American League batters would be required to hit. This all-black bat does not display any game use and is un-cracked. This comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B26233) for the labeling period ordered by Rivera.
