Alex Rodriguez made his Major League debut at the age of 18 during the 1994 season, where he ultimately appeared in 17 games. By 1996 and 1997, Rodriguez had established himself as an all-star, winning the American League batting title in 1996, while also leading the league in doubles and runs scored. Offered here is a Louisville Slugger C271 model bat that was used by Rodriguez during the 1993-97 labeling period. This bat displays outstanding game use and is un-cracked. There are ball marks, blue ink transfers and cleat imprints present on the barrel. There is a heavy coating of pine tar on the upper handle/lower barrel area. A great early-career gamer from one of the nine members of the 600 Home Run Club. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B17429) for the game use and has been given the highest possible grade of GU 10.
