Presented is a 1982 East Liverpool High School Athletics Hall of Fame plaque presented to Lou Holtz. The award is a brown wood plaque featuring a black and white head & shoulder photograph of Holtz etched in black on silver metal at the top center. Below that Holtz photo plate, is a second silver metal plate etched in black with the caption "East Liverpool High School Athletic Hall of Fame Lou Holtz (1950-1954) Inducted July 12, 1982 (Special Category) Born January 6, 1937 Follansbee, W. Va.". At the time of this award, Holtz was in his third collegiate head coaching job at the University of Arkansas. This item comes with a LOA from Lou Holtz, and 100% of the net proceeds from the sale of this item will benefit the Holtz Charitable Foundation, Inc.
