Presented is a 1973 American Football Coaches Association 13th Annual All-America Game plaque presented to college football coaching legend Lou Holtz. The carved wood plaque features the legend "COACHES ALL-AMERICA GAME" carved at the top in raised letters with a carved football logo. Carved at the center of the plaque in raised letters is the caption "LOU HOLTZ". At the bottom of the plaque is mounted a gold metal plate with the engraved legend "AMERICAN FOOTBALL COACHES ASSOCIATION 13TH ANNUAL ALL-AMERICA GAME JUNE 23, 1973 TEXAS TECH-JONES STADIUM LUBBOCK, TEXAS". This item comes with a LOA from Lou Holtz, and 100% of the net proceeds from the sale of this item will benefit the Holtz Charitable Foundation, Inc.
