Offered is a framed color photograph of head coach Lou Holtz, that hung in the Lou Holtz Hall of Fame, leading the University of Notre Dame football team onto the field. The 8 x 10-inch color photo shows the legendary Holtz wearing a navy "Notre Dame" sweat shirt trimmed in yellow, leading the Fighting Irish onto the field on the road before the start of a game. The color photo is in a xx x xx-inch brown wood with glass frame. In the lower center of the frame is a gold metal plaque engraved in black with the caption "LOU HOLTZ Leads America's No. 1 Team". Holtz coached 132 games in 11 seasons (1986-1996) at Notre Dame and guided his teams to an overall record of 100-32-2 as he holds the Irish record for most games coached and is second to Knute Rockne in total victories. This item comes with a LOA from Lou Holtz, and 100% of the net proceeds from the sale of this item will benefit the Holtz Charitable Foundation, Inc.
