Presented is a 1990 University of Notre Dame Federal Express Orange Bowl Champions plaque featuring coach Lou Holtz. The brown wood plaque with gold accent features an 8 x 10-inch color photograph of Holtz dressed in a Notre Dame cap and sweatshirt, holding a football on his bended knee with a gold helmet at his feet, on the field inside the Miami Orange Bowl. The photo is on the left side of the plaque; at the right side of the plaque is a gold metal plate engraved with the logo of the Federal Express Orange Bowl in red, blue, orange, yellow and green, and the "ND" logo in navy. Along with the logos are the engraved 1989 Notre Dame football season results and the 1990 Orange Bowl results in black. This item comes with a LOA from Lou Holtz, and 100% of the net proceeds from the sale of this item will benefit the Holtz Charitable Foundation, Inc.
