Offered is Lou Holtz's 1972 Atlantic Coast Conference Coach of the Year plaque. The brown wood "shield" shaped plaque features a bronze-colored metal scroll work with laurel leaves, inscribed in white with the legend "ATLANTIC COAST CONFERENCE FOOTBALL COACH OF THE YEAR 1972 LOUIS L. HOLTZ GREENVILLE TOUCHDOWN CLUB". Please note that there are two white scratched areas on the back of the plaque from prior mounting. This item comes with a LOA from Lou Holtz, and 100% of the net proceeds from the sale of this item will benefit the Holtz Charitable Foundation, Inc.
