Presented is a 1968-69 National Champions Ohio State team signed football from the collection of Lou Holtz. Holtz was an assistant coach under Woody Hayes on the undefeated (10-0, 7-0 Big Ten), consensus national champ 1968 Ohio State Buckeyes football squad, which went on to win the 1969 Rose Bowl, 27-16 over the University of Southern California. The brown pebbled leather Wilson TD Official Intercollegiate football has over 60 signatures in black marker across three panels, including Lou Holtz, Earle Bruce, Jack Tatum, John Brockington, Rex Kern and Ted Provost, among others. The football is inscribed in black pen on one panel with the legend "National Champion 1968 1969 Rose Bowl Winner". This item comes with a LOA from JSA (XX19533), as well as a LOA from Lou Holtz; 100% of the net proceeds from the sale of this item will benefit the Holtz Charitable Foundation, Inc.
