Presented is the 1998 Lou Holtz/Upper Ohio Valley Hall of Fame induction plaque presented to Holtz. The presentation features a plaque with a portrait illustration of Holtz in black, wearing a suit jacket, dress shirt and tie, on a tan background at the upper center. Below the illustration is the legend, in black type, "Lou Holtz/Upper Ohio Valley Hall of Fame Louis L. Holtz Coach - Lecturer - Founder Inducted July 3, 1998". The induction plaque is mounted in a dark brown cloth matte with white accent, and displayed in a brown wood frame. The Lou Holtz/Upper Ohio Valley Hall of Fame was formed by Holtz and a group of business men and civic leaders in his hometown of East Liverpool, Ohio in January 1998. This item comes with a LOA from Lou Holtz, and 100% of the net proceeds from the sale of this item will benefit the Holtz Charitable Foundation, Inc.
