Graded MINT 9 by PSA with signature graded "10" by Beckett. Hall of Famer. Bryant is pictured flying through the air to the hoop early in his career wearing his iconic No. 8 jersey on this 2003-04 Ultimate Collection Buyback Redemption. The card, originally part of the 2002 set was issued as a game-used All-Star Apparel card, then was reclaimed for the purposes of "The Black Mamba" signing it for re-release as a redemption. The 13th overall pick in the 1996 NBA Draft, Kobe Bryant dominated basketball during his 20 years as an NBA professional. “The Black Mamba” made 18 NBA All-Star teams and scored 33,643 points during his peerless career. Bryant penned a stunning, bold blue ink signature directly on card next to the royal purple jersey swatch. The back of the card contains a statement by Upper Deck attesting to the authenticity of the jersey swatch and serves as the COA for that component. A hologram sticker is affixed to the back as well to verify authenticity of the autograph by Upper Deck (AAA50259). This limited edition card is serial numbered by hand, "10/16." The card's BGS condition report: Centering: 8.5, Corners: 9, Edges: 9, and Surface: 9.5. Mint condition.
