Presented here is an 11 x 14 framed photograph of the great Mickey Mantle from spring training. Mantle is shown in his home pinstriped Yankees’ uniform holding a bat over his right shoulder. The photograph is in a white with navy pinstriped matte. This piece is a limited-edition 1 of 1 and features Mantle’s distinctive signature across his chest with the inscription “No. 7”. Some of Mantle’s former teammates have signed this piece, including Moose Skowron, who inscribed above his name “Great Friend. Clete Boyer signed below Skowron and inscribed “Best Player” above his name, while Bobby Murcer signed his name below and added the inscription “My Idol”. The last signature is from Bobby Richardson, who inscribed “friend and Teammate”. There are minor scratches and abrasion marks on the frame and this comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (B87143) for Mantle’s signature and a COA from STEINER Sports for Skowron, Boyer, Murcer and Richardson’s signatures.
