The former New England Patriots quarterback is depicted in a color action photograph on the front of the card in his University of Michigan football uniform, dropping back to pass. The front of the card has the caption "Impact Rookies Tom Brady New England Patriots QB" across the left edge with a Patriots logo in the lower right. The back of the card features a head & shoulder game photo of Brady in the upper right, along with statistical information about his collegiate career with the Wolverines and a brief bio sketch.
