As one of the most influential rock bands of all time, The Beatles, a group of four working-class lads from Liverpool, ushered in a new era of music in the 1960s. Led by the charismatic front men John Lennon and Paul McCartney and the peerless musicians George Harrison and Ringo Starr, the "Fab Four" created memorable songs like "Eleanor Rigby," "Norwegian Wood," "Come Together," "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band," "Here Comes the Sun," "Being For the Benefit of Mr. Kite!" and many others.
Offered here is a royalty check made out to Paul McCartney for "£27,200" for Maclen Music dated "June 14th, 1976" and made out on a "National Westminster Bank Limited" account signed by both Paul McCartney and John Lennon in blue and black ink. The check displays typical cancelation marks found on a check. The check comes encapsulated and authenticated by PSA (84453409), who gave the signatures the grade of AUTHENTIC AUTO.
